RED BANK — Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate announced Jessica L. Brennan has joined the company as the newest sales associate in its Bay Head office. Brennan, a resident of Brick, brings extensive project management experience as well as more than nine years working in marketing to her new role.
Before joining Gloria Nilson & Co., Brennan spent five years as a project manager for PMX Agency in Freehold, a global integrated marketing agency with 800 employees in 25 offices around the world. During this time, she managed campaigns for clients with large marketing budgets and led negotiations on behalf of those clients with numerous outside vendors.
“Jessica has led countless marketing efforts that mirror her role as a real estate professional, and her background in project management dovetails nicely with the many responsibilities of managing the process of a real estate transaction,” said Peter Zanowic, broker-manager of Gloria Nilson & Co.’s Bay Head office. “Despite being new to the industry, she’s already successfully closed two transactions with a third pending that, combined, total nearly $2 million. We look forward to her continued success.”
Brennan brings numerous skills and an impressive track record to Gloria Nilson & Co., having worked in a variety of management roles of increasing responsibility for companies across the United States, including Ingram Micro in California and West Cary Group in Virginia.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in English from Lafayette College in Easton, Pa. Brennan also attended Sydney University in Sydney, Australia, where she studied media communications and Australian culture.
