Dance and Drum Ensemble performance Nov. 5

The Metuchen Edison Area Branch of the NAACP will present the Universal African Dance and Drum Ensemble at 7 p.m. on Nov. 5, at Crossroads Theatre, 7 Livingston Ave., New Brunswick.

This Ensemble, with over 72 members from New Jersey and Africa, has performed all over the world. They are known for their West African presentations of Guinea, Senegal, Mali, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Nigeria, The Gambia, Liberia and Sierra Leone, among other countries. Performers include “Pasha” the Stilt Walker. Tickets are $25 and $15 for children under 13.
