The East Windsor Thunder softball team capped off an undefeated regular season in the All-Shore Softball Association’s 10U division with a championship on Saturday beating the Lacey Storm 10-2. Earlier in the day, the Thunder defeated the Jersey Shore Huskies 10-0 to advance to the championship game. For the fall season, the Thunder went 11-0-1 in the regular season and playoffs combined. The girls relied on solid pitching and de´fense combined with timely hitting to get the job done. The team is lead by coaches Brian Pignatello, Anthony Benitez and Tom Olsen.
