A benefit for the Monmouth/Ocean County Food Bank and Husky House will be held from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. on Nov. 19 at About You Chiropractic and Yoga Suite and Barre, 245 Main St., Suite 2M, Matawan.
Chiropractic adjustments, yoga and reiki classes, barre classes, neck/back massages and acupuncture are free with a donation. Preregistration is required by calling 732-583-0600 or by visiting the office at 245 Main St., Suite 2M, Matawan.
