The JCC Bereavement Group with facilitator Rabbi Bryan Kinzbrunner will meet from 2:30-3:30 p.m. on Jan. 11 and 25 at The Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County, 1775 Oak Tree Rd., Edison.
The focus of the group will be to discover personal models for navigating through the challenges of loss through sharing and discussion of different topics, including waves of grief, caring for the self, grief during the holidays as well as spirituality and grief. Sharing eliminates the need to “go it alone.”
