East Brunswick Library to hold volunteer fair June 29

The East Brunswick Library will hold a special volunteer fair at 6 p.m. on June 29 at the library, 2 Jean Walling Civic Center.

Participating organizations include the Arc of Middlesex County, Crisis Room at Aldersgate United Methodist Church, Disability Allies, East Brunswick Arts Commission, East Brunswick Department of Aging/Senior Center, East Brunswick Friends of the Environmental Commission, East Brunswick Friends of the Library, East Brunswick Human Relations Council, East Brunswick Municipal Alliance, East Brunswick Museum, East Brunswick Public Library Foundation, East Brunswick Rescue Squad, Fast Break Basketball, Furry Angels: Bright & Beautiful Therapy Dogs, Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey: East Brunswick Service Unit, Golden Bear Chargers, Jersey Cares, Jewish Family Services of Middlesex County, Karma Cat + Zen Dog Rescue Society, Literacy New Jersey: Middlesex Programs, New Beginnings Animal Rescue, Playhouse 22, Relay for Life and St. Bartholomew’s Football and Cheer.

The fair is part of the library’s summer reading theme of “Build A Better World.”

The volunteer fair is free and open to the public.
