New Jersey State Library Talking Book & Braille Center begins mail Summer Reading Program

The New Jersey State Library Talking Book & Braille Center’s (TBBC) by mail Summer Reading Program is open to all children and teens who are members of TBBC.

TBBC lends audiobooks, large print books and Braille books to state residents who have difficulty reading standard print, have trouble holding a book or have reading disabilities.

The Summer Reading theme is “Build A Better World.” For six weeks over the summer, TBBC will mail out packages full of incentives, games, activities and book suggestions. Materials can be Brailled.

The incentives are provided by TBBC’s Friends of the Library.
