The Metuchen Arts Council and the Metuchen Downtown Alliance will present a free family movie night under the stars on July 20 featuring the hit animated Pixar Disney movie “Inside Out.”
For this event, the parking lot of the Metuchen Senior Center, 15 Center St., will be converted into an outdoor movie plaza for the evening. Beginning at 8 p.m., there will be arts and crafts provided by Creative Twist, a DJ, face painting and balloons for the kids. The movie will begin at dusk.
Local food vendors will also be on hand offering snacks and drinks. There will be free bags of popcorn to the first 100 guests. The public is invited to bring lawn chairs.
