Reina Renovations of Millstone Township recently received the CertainTeed Award of Excellence for its renovation of a 1940s home in Rahway that used CertainTeed Cedar Impressions polymer shingles, MainStreet vinyl siding and Perimeter vinyl soffit. “It is an honor to receive this recognition from CertainTeed. This project was a particularly dramatic exterior overhaul, updating a beige stucco Victorian-style home built in the 1930s,” said Chuck Reina, founder of Reina Renovations. “Our customer loved CertainTeed’s variety of profiles and colors, ultimately choosing two shades of vibrant blues that beautifully complemented each other. After removing 17 tons of stucco, we went to work installing the polymer shingles and vinyl lap siding. The result was an eye-popping update that still stayed true to the home’s original architectural style.”
