Resources Real Estate presents sales associates with the April awards

Resources Real Estate presented several sales associates with company awards to honor their outstanding achievements during April.

The company meeting took place on May 2 at the Resources Real Estate Corporate and Training Center in Shrewsbury.

Sales associate Carly York, who works in the Atlantic Highlands office, was named Agent of the Month. This award is given to an agent in recognition of having top sales success in the previous month, including new listings, recent contracts and sold transactions, as well as past client recognition of their efforts, and other business-building activities.

Sales associate Gina Farkouh, who works in the Rumson office, was named Top Listing Agent for having the greatest number of new listings.

York and Farkouh also each received the Regency Award, presented to an agent with an exceptionally high volume of monthly sales.

The Featured Luxury Agent Award was presented to sales associate Colleen Antoon from the Rumson office. This recognition is given to a sales associate active in the luxury market with a residential listing or sale above $1 million. Antoon, a member of Luxury Real Estate’s Board of Regents, currently represents the 4-bedroom, 6-bathroom home at 501 Locust Point Rd in Middletown listed for $1,599,000.

Sales associate Allison Gregory, from the Red Bank office, won the Perseverance Award, an honor presented to an agent who closes a transaction despite great challenges.

The Rainmaker Award was given to sales associate Stephanie Ortiz from the Atlantic Highlands office. This is an honor bestowed on a sales associate for his/her effort to build their business in an innovative or otherwise significant way. Ortiz directed her Facebook marketing to increase her client database and has identified an investor with whom she is currently under contract for multiple properties.

Aales associates Bradley Moore from the Red Bank office received the Team Spirit Award for his efforts in mentoring a new agent.
