SOUTH BRUNSWICK – Employees of the Raceway gas station on Route 1 in South Brunswick called police at 10 p.m. on July 7 to report their ATM missing from the lobby.

The employees said they last saw the ATM the night before, according to information provided by the South Brunswick Police Department.

Officer Brooke Goetz and Jamal Benbow worked with gas station management to review surveillance video of the station. Officers observed two suspects break into the lobby at 2:38 a.m. on July 7 and load the ATM machine into a van. The ATM may have contained $500 in cash, according to reports.
