Practice starts on Nov. 12 in the Metuchen High School wrestling room. Beginning in December, wrestlers will participate in a series of dual meets and tournaments.

Registration is $99 per wrestler, but scholarships are available. All registrants will receive a hooded sweatshirt, a tee shirt and shorts.

A pre-team clinic is also available for students in grades K-2. The clinic will cost $35 per wrestler and meet on Wednesday nights for one hour at Metuchen High School, starting Nov. 28 and ending Jan. 30. All participants will get a Grapplers tee shirt.

The program is looking for volunteer coaches with wrestling experience. If you are interested in helping, contact Nick Zaneto at 908-217-3239 or at nzaneto@gmail.com.
