Celebrate Leonard Bernstein’s 100th birthday with opera lecture in Monroe

The Monroe Township Cultural Arts Commission and the Monroe Township Public Library will hold a Boheme Opera Lecture Series, “Bernstein at 100,” at 1 p.m. on Oct. 10 at the library, 4 Municipal Plaza, Monroe.

Jerry Kalstein will discuss the centennial anniversary of Leonard Bernstein’s birth with selections from “On the Town,” “Wonderful Town,” “Candide,” “West Side Story” and others.
