Police said it was dark and raining at the time. The vehicle was described as a black Ford or Dodge four-door pickup truck with a large red bull or ram symbol on the rear window. The driver was described as an older white male, possibly in his 60s, with a thin face and a red beard.

Anyone with information about this incident is asked to contact Detective Dominic Manion at the Jackson Police Department at 732-928-1111.
