Luke Ricciardi of Morganville has been named to the dean’s list for Fall 2018 at Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken. Luke is a quantitative finance major, class of 2021. He is in the five-year MBA program with MBA expected by 2022. Luke is a 2017 graduate of the Freehold Regional High School District’s Business Administration Learning Center at Marlboro High School. He is the son of Lou and Amy Ricciardi.

Zachary Freid, the son of Andrea and Keith Freid of Marlboro, has been named to the dean’s list with distinction at Duke University, Durham, N.C., for the 2018 fall semester. Zachary is a freshman majoring in computer science and is a 2018 graduate of High Technology High School, Lincroft.

Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Ga., has named Chaitya Shah of Freehold and Kushagr Singh of Manalapan to the dean’s list for the 2018 fall semester.

Harris Stern of Marlboro has been named to the dean’s list at Stockton University, Galloway Township, for the 2018 fall semester. Harris is majoring in education with a degree certification in secondary education. Harris is a 2016 graduate of Marlboro High School and is the son of Joni and Michael Stern.

Blake M. Small of Colts Neck has been named to the dean’s list at St. Lawrence University, Canton, N.Y., in recognition of academic achievement during the 2018 fall semester. Blake is a member of the Class of 2019 and is majoring in economics. Blake attended Blair Academy, Blairstown.

Alia A. Al-Chalabi, a resident of Freehold, has been named to the dean’s list at Boston University, Boston, Mass. for the 2018 fall semester.

The following area residents graduated from Delaware Valley University, Doylestown, Pa., in December 2018: Kathryn Dilts of Englishtown, Bachelor of Science in small animal science, and Alexa Domenico of Morganville, Bachelor of Science in agribusiness.

Wagner College, Staten Island, N.Y., has named Kayla M. Fegeley of Morganville and Angela M. Zagami of Freehold to the dean’s list for the Fall 2018 semester.

Sean Charles McAvoy Scillia of Marlboro, a freshman studying computer science, has been named to the dean’s list at Juniata College, Huntingdon, Pa., for the 2018 fall semester.

Daniel Gaines of Colts Neck, a member of the Muhlenberg College, Allentown, Pa., basketball team, participated in Dream to Read, a Martin Luther King Day of Service event that pairs the college’s athletes with local students. The Muhlenberg students meet with children, read books that explore issues of equity and diversity, participate in a discussion of the books’ themes and messages, and get to know some of their younger neighbors.

New York Institute of Technology, Old Westbury, N.Y., announced that the following area residents received degrees during the fall 2018 semester: Daniel Meshoyrer of Marlboro received a DO in Medicine and Aakash Patel of Freehold received an MBA in Management.

Victoria R. Morris of Morganville has been named to the dean’s list at Western New England University, Springfield, Mass., for the 2018 fall semester. Victoria is working toward a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice/criminal investigation concentration.
