The Edison Main Public Library will hold a program called “Kundalini Awakening/Enlightenment: What Does It Entail” at 7 p.m. on July 30 at the main branch, 340 Plainfield Ave., Edison.
Sarada Chiruvolu, author of “Home at Last: A Journey Toward Higher Consciousness,” will talk about her personal experience attaining self-realization/enlightenment through the practice of meditation. She will also discuss how to balance spiritual discipline with everyday life.
