U.S. Army Specialist Allen Henry Pashley, son of Dorothy Pashley of Sayreville and Allen Pashley of Sayreville, was awarded the Army Achievement Medal in April.
The medal is awarded for exceptionally meritorious achievement in a non-combat field. SPC Pashley was recognized for his dedication to duty and selfless service, greatly contributing to mission accomplishment.

His service with the U.S. Army began in October 2017 and included a year of being stationed in South Korea. Currently, Specialist Pashley is fulfilling his duty at Ft. Drum, New York.
