A shared services agreement has been authorized between the Township Committee and the Millstone Township K-8 School District Board of Education for HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning) and electrical maintenance services.

The agreement covers the period from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021. According to a resolution, the school board will assist and cooperate with municipal officials to provide HVAC and electrical maintenance services to various facilities that are owned by the township.

Township Committee members also renewed an agreement with the school board that will continue to allow the board’s meetings to appear online during the 2020-21 school year. The school board’s meetings will be uploaded on Millstone Township’s municipal website.

The agreement for the video uploads will be effective from July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021. The board will be charged at a cost up to $35 for each meeting video uploaded.

The school board meetings may be viewed at millstonenj.gov/video-library.html and users should scroll down to the Quick Links section and click on Video Library.
