Authorities release photos of alleged person of interest, vehicle connected to arson in Woodbridge

WOODBRIDGE – Authorities have released photos seeking assistance in identifying an alleged person of interest and a vehicle believed to be connected to an arson of another vehicle in November, according to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and Director Robert Hubner of the Woodbridge Police Department in a release on Jan. 26.

Woodbridge police officers were dispatched to South Harrison Avenue in reference to a vehicle fire at approximately 1:48 a.m. on Nov. 26, 2020, officials said.

A masked male and a sedan were observed circling the area prior to and after the fire, officials said.

The investigation is active and continuing. Anyone with information or who is able to identify the vehicle or person of interest is encouraged to contact Woodbridge Police Detective Jorge Quesada at 732-634-7700, ext. 2114 or via email at jorge.quesada@twp.woodbridge.nj.us.
