Ryan has been with the NJAA for five years. In her role, she directs the organization’s membership recruitment efforts, onboards all new members, engages with the National Apartment Association (NAA) on national membership initiatives, and manages the publication of NJAA’s membership magazine, among other projects, according to information provided by DRPR Strategies.

Ryan has been in the field of association management for 15 years.

“I am enormously proud of what Kelly has accomplished, not only in the face of COVID-19, but throughout their career here at NJAA,” David Brogan, executive director, said in the statement. “Her hard work and professionalism not only furthers our mission as an association, but truly shows what you can accomplish in response to a national crisis like COVID-19. It’s an honor to work alongside Kelly here at NJAA.”
