Wawa donates funds to North Brunswick first responders

Police officers and firefighters, Wawa officials and associates, customers and Wawa’s mascot Wally Goose joined in a ceremonial ribbon cutting on Aug. 19 at the North Brunswick location, 1910 Route 27.

A charitable Hoagies for Heroes hoagie-building competition featuring members of the North Brunswick Police Department and North Brunswick Volunteer Fire Department donated $1,000 to the PBA, the First Aid & Rescue Squad and the fire department.
