The Holbrook 12U Little League team opened the state tournament with a 6-4 victory last night, July 27, against Washington Park of Jersey City in Newton.

Holbrook will now play Sweedsboro-Woolwich tonight at 8. A victory over Sweedsboro-Woolwich will send Holbrook to the state championship game on July 30. A loss tonight will put Holbrook in elimination play on July 29 at 7 p.m.
The Joe Graziano Little League Baseball State Tournament is being played this weekend at the Kittatinny Little League Complex in Newton.
