Holbrook Little League advances to state tournament championship game

The Holbrook 12U Little League team beat Swedesboro-Woolwich, 10-4, on July 28 to advance to the state tournament championship game.

The team opened the state tournament with a 6-4 victory on July 27 against Washington Park of Jersey City in Newton.

Holbrook will now play the winner of Swedesboro-Woolwich and Wayne. The state championship game will be on July 30 at 7 p.m. If Holbrook wins, it will advance to the regional tournament.

The Joe Graziano Little League Baseball State Tournament is being played this weekend at the Kittatinny Little League Complex in Newton.
