The Jamesburg Public Library will host a presentation on the World War II Code Talkers, who were recruited by the U.S. Marine Corp to use their knowledge of Native American languages as a basis to transmit coded messages as a means of secret communication during wartime, at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 11.

Spooky Storytime will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 13. There will be a top-secret, spine-tingling activity in store, to be followed by snacks, games, and spooky stories.

The Jamesburg Fall Festival will be held on Oct. 20. Visit the library’s booth to pick up a free children’s book or paint a pumpkin.

The library is located at 229 Gatzmer Ave., between Jamesburg Hardware and the Jamesburg First Aid Squad/Firehouse.
