Last year, in honor of the World War I centennial, the North Brunswick Remembers Committee participated in Wreaths Across America at Elmwood. Every World War I veteran buried there was honored with a donated wreath which was placed by a volunteer on National Wreaths Across America Day, according to the statement.

The date of Dec. 14 will be National Wreaths Across America Day in 2019. Elmwood Cemetery is located at 425 Georges Road, North Brunswick.
