POLICE BLOTTER for the week of 2/5/16

The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, January 27, 2016. 
Officers responded to Millstone Road at 7:06 p.m. Jan. 21, for a report of a burglary and theft from a shed located on the victim’s property. The victim reported that someone entered his locked shed and stole a Stihl saw and four tires totaling $1,800. 
Andrew P. Wyss was charged with possession of hypodermic needles and possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:50 p.m. on Kent Lane Jan. 21.
An officer located a suspicious occupied vehicle parked on Kent Lane. Further investigation revealed that the driver was in possession of hypodermic needles and drug paraphernalia. Mr. Wyss was arrested and later released pending court action. 
Officers responded to Shop Rite at 1:26 p.m. Jan. 22 for a report of forgery. Management reported that someone had passed 11 counterfeit $50 bills. 
Maria Tseng of East Windsor was charged with theft after police officers responded to Target on a report of a theft. Target Loss Prevention reported that an employee had under rung merchandise totaling a loss of $950.11. According to the police report, Ms. Tseng had admitted under ringing merchandise to Target Loss Prevention and had agreed to repay the store. Ms. Tseng was arrested, charged and later released pending court action. 
