Hillsborough Democrats will hold traditional Italian-style Sunday dinner at Mariana’s Pizzeria and Latin Grill, 381 Triangle Road, (near Wawa), on Sunday, Feb. 28, from 12:30 to 3 p.m.
The dinner will give people a chance to know fellow Democrats, have a meal and informally discuss issues and Democratic prospects in Hillsborough.
“This is the time of year when we generally start our fund-raising efforts”, says Anne Iannone, vice chair of the Hillsborough Democratic Organization. “The presidential race has gotten many to think about the fall race early and has really sparked interest in local and regional issues as well.”
Attendees will choose from pasta dishes, plus bruschetta, salad and beverages.
