Lincoln throws out first pitch during Jamesburg 1860s-style base ball game

The Philadelphia Athletic and the Monmouth Furnace played an 1860s base ball game on Oct. 19 at Green Acres Park, next to Grace M. Breckwedel Middle School in Jamesburg, as part of the Jamesburg Fall Street Festival. President Abraham Lincoln, as portrayed by Robert Costello, threw out the first pitch. The event was presented by the Jamesburg Historical Association.
