Hunger and Homelessness in our Community: An Expert Panel co-hosted by HomeFront and Labyrinth Books as part of National Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week. Panelists will include Princeton University Professor and poverty researcher Kathryn Edin, Shakira Abdul-Ali, Trenton’s Director of Health & Human Services, Mary Gay Abbott-Young, Rescue Mission of Trenton’s CEO, Sarah Steward, HomeFront’s Chief Operating Officer, and Talitha-Koumi “TK” Oluwafemi, YMCA’s Manager of the Greenwood Ave. Farmers Market, who will provide a personal perspective on the climb out of poverty. This event is at 6 p.m., free, open to the public at Labyrinth Books (122 Nassau Street, Princeton).
