Chef, dietician offer food demo during ‘Every Bite Counts’ program by East Brunswick Hadassah

Promoting its heart healthy initiative Every Bite Counts, the East Brunswick chapter of Hadassah held an event at ShopRite of Spotswood on Jan. 29, coordinated by Vice President of Programming Beth Hoffman. ShopRite’s Chef Michael and Dietitian Maryrose Agel gave a presentation including food demonstration, samplings of super foods, recipes, door prizes, and a discussion on power-packed produce.
