Monmouth County reports 307 positive cases of COVID-19 as of March 24

Monmouth County Freeholder Director Thomas A. Arnone and Freeholder Deputy Director Susan M. Kiley announced that as of March 24, there were 307 positive cases of COVID-19 in Monmouth County.

The breakdown by municipality is as follows, according to a press release from the county:

An earlier press release from Monmouth County indicated there were two positive cases in Allentown, but during an Allentown Borough Council meeting on the evening of March 24, Mayor Thomas Fritts clarified that while those two cases are in the 08501 ZIP code that serves Allentown, the two individuals who have the virus are not residents of Allentown.
