Kenneth J. Jones, Realtors, a full-service real estate agency based in Iselin known for its innovative, consumer-friendly services since 1978, announces its No-Risk Listing Program.

According to company founder and president Ken Jones, the program provides home sellers the unique options of being able to cancel their listing contract at any time, and also being able to sell their own home while it’s listed without having to pay a real estate commission, as long as the buyer wasn’t introduced to the home by a real estate agent.

“We’re so confident in the quality and effectiveness of the 30 seller services that we provide our seller clients that we are willing to be held to account if a seller is unsatisfied,” Jones said.

“When you consider the combination of our flexible commission schedule, our seller incentive of up to $1,000, our seller loyalty rebate of 1 percent of the purchase price of a new home if they sell and buy through Kenneth J. Jones, along with our no-risk listing program, you can understand why we believe that Kenneth J. Jones, Realtors provides the home seller the highest level and quality of service along with the most competitive money-saving benefits available,” Jones said.

Kenneth J. Jones, Realtors has been selling homes in greater central New Jersey since 1978 when it was known as Kenneth J. Jones, Associates and located in the Fords section of Woodbridge.
