United States Citizenship and Immigration Services announced fees for immigration applications will be increasing in October, with the cost for a citizenship application skyrocketing 83% to more than $1,000.
Jewish Family Services of Middlesex County has received numerous requests for application assistance and citizenship classes.
To support students in their journey to become American citizens and active participants in United States democracy, residents can make a donation. A $35 contribution will purchase a textbook and course materials for a future U.S. citizen.
