The Bordentown Regional School District has been in the process of seeking input from all its stakeholders in efforts to develop goals and objectives for the district in the next five years.

On March 2, the district’s Strategic Plan Working Group committee, comprised of Bordentown staff and community volunteers, met to identify strengths, achievements and challenges of the Bordentown Regional School District. Additionally, on March 7, the committee developed initiatives, student skills, qualities, and characteristics important to the future of the school district.

The committee gathered input through a survey from stakeholders through March 31. The survey asked the stakeholders to provide their own perspectives of the strengths/achievements, challenges, initiatives and student skills, qualities and characteristics provided by the Strategic Plan Working Group committee that they believe are important to influence the future of the school district and its children.

The results of the survey help inform the Strategic Planning Working Group as they develop the goals and objectives that will form the basis for the Bordentown Regional School District 2023-2028 Strategic Plan.

Strategic Planning meetings are scheduled for April 4 and April 18 at the Bordentown Regional High School library.

The Strategic Planning Steering Committee will present the proposed Bordentown Regional School District 2023-28 Strategic Plan to the Bordentown Regional School District Board of Education for their consideration and approval at its June 14 board meeting.
