Unfortunately, due to many of the event’s organizers, volunteers, performers, and exhibitors contracting Covid, the 2022 World Diversity Day Children’s Festival, originally scheduled for Saturday, May 21st, has been postponed.
Live performances and hands-on activities await area children at the 2022 World Diversity Day Children’s Festival, Saturday, May 21st from 1 – 4 pm at Lake Topanemus Park in Freehold. The family-friendly outdoor event will celebrate diverse cultures, ethnicities, abilities and identities through storytelling, sing-alongs, folk dancing, crafts, choir performances, book giveaways, and more. 5 to 10-year-olds and their families are invited to broaden their horizons, learn acceptance and have a great time!
