Raritan Valley Citizens’ Climate Lobby (CCL) is hosting a meeting for anyone who wants to learn more about H.R. 763, the Energy Innovation and Carbon Dividend Act. This legislation is a market-based solution to address climate change by reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
