Nine community leaders from Monmouth and Ocean counties will be honored by Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore at an outdoor celebration on Wednesday, May 26, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m., at Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club in Farmingdale.
The annual Women of Distinction & Community Partners Gala will bring the community together to recognize inspiring community role models and raise support to ensure that all girls can access Girl Scout leadership programs, regardless of ability to pay.
The gala will be among the first in-person philanthropic events on the Jersey Shore this spring. Guests will enjoy an alfresco cocktail reception, a program featuring stories of impact about the honorees, and a gourmet to-go dinner with dessert. In the event of rain or inclement weather, guests will be able to gather safely indoors.
