Join the Woodbridge Public Library virtually May 19 at 7PM to learn more about meditation. Meditation is being prescribed by many medical practitioners and has been widely recognized as a means to enhance one’s health and reduce stress. Throughout the nation meditation has become a positive force for health and wellbeing. Join Jim Rose, retired executive with Johnson& Johnson for this lively and engaging workshop. There will even be a chance to practice this technique.

Jim Rose, M Ed., Rutgers University, is a retired executive of Johnson & Johnson a multi-national corporation. He has 35 years of experience in Human Resources management, employee development and conflict resolution. He was recognized by Human Resources Executive magazine as one of the top HR executives in the US. Jim currently provides workshops and training to groups throughout the world where he connects meditation and spiritual development to important aspects of our lives. He has been meditating for over 40 years and now focuses much of his time on his own spiritual development and in helping others who wish to do the same. If you have ever attended one of Jim’s workshops, you know how special they are.
