The ancient tradition of meditation has become even more valuable for people of our modern times. People today still face a great deal of turmoil in their private lives and in the world, however meditation is a tool that can be used to cope with the challenges of everyday life and reduce stress. There are many benefits that come from meditation on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. This is a hybrid event! This event will take place in-person at the Woodbridge Main Library. If you do not feel comfortable attending the event in-person we will also be streaming the event via Zoom. 

Jim Rose, M Ed., Rutgers University, is a retired executive of a fortune 100 company.  He has 35 years of experience in Human Resources management, employee development and conflict resolution. Jim currently gives workshops and training to groups throughout the world where he connects meditation and spiritual development to important aspects of our lives. He has been meditating for over 40 years and now focuses much of his time on his own spiritual development and in helping others who wish to do the same.
