Sea Bright, New Jersey – Nauti Bar by David Burke, located directly on the beach in Sea Bright, will open to the public for the season with a free kick-off celebration Sunday, October 6, from 2 to 5 p.m.

The event will include live music by Shameless, radio personality the Gotts from 95.9 The Rat, test drives of luxury sports cars, specially priced drinks, complimentary appetizers, hand-rolled cigars and door prizes, including a dinner for two at DRIFTHOUSE by David Burke and more.  The free event – hosted by Nauti Bar and Industry Magazine – will be held rain or shine.

Sponsors for the event are Le Malt Royale, Peroni Beer, Porsche Monmouth, VDKA 6100 and Vespa of Monmouth.

The beachfront Nauti Bar is Burke’s second culinary venture in Sea Bright and is located within the Driftwood Cabana Club. It will be open to the public from October 2019 to May 2020, when it will return to the use only by members of the beach club. The Stavola family, owners of the Club since 1957, are in partnership with David Burke with Nauti Bar and the highly acclaimed Drifthouse by David Burke, also located on the property, which is open to the public year round.

With its unparalleled beach location, nautical decor centered around its iconic logo depicting a beautiful mermaid holding a seahorse, the Nauti Bar offers a quintessential Jersey Shore experience, David Burke style – fun, casual vibe with an elevated culinary and artisan bar experience. Nauti Bar, which opened in October 2018, has quickly become the preferred spot to watch sports on its eight big-screen TVs showing NFL Ticket and other pro and college sports. During milder temperatures the bar’s wrap around windows fold out capturing the sound of pounding waves and the refreshing ocean breezes. On chillier days, Nauti Bar offers a cozy retreat warmed by a blazing pizza oven, which serves as the bar’s main cooking source for hand-made pizzas, dry-aged burgers and other hot items.

Hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 3-10 p.m. Friday 3-11 p.m. Saturday 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. – 10 p.m. Closed on Tuesday. There will be Happy Hour specials – or as Burke calls it “Angry Hour”, promising to leave everyone happy, offered daily (TBA).  Live music performed by local musicians will also be featured.

Nauti Bar will be available for private social and business events during the week. Holiday parties are currently being booked. For information call (732) 530-2047
