The scientific community has recently been exploring the use of meditation as a healing modality. Please join us on Wednesday, September 23 @ 7 PM as Jim Rose, retired executive with Johnson & Johnson and long time meditator leads us in this powerful, introductory program. He will discuss the extraordinary effect of meditation to reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, and enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. He will also present a simple, time-tested, ancient, and effective meditation technique. There will be a short meditation sitting as well.

This program is free and open to all. It will be presented on the Zoom platform. Registration is required. Please register here. Jim Rose, M Ed., Rutgers University, is a retired executive of Johnson & Johnson a multi-national corporation. He has 35 years of experience in Human Resources management, employee development and conflict resolution. He was recognized by Human Resources Executive magazine as one of the top HR executives in the US. Jim currently provides workshops and training to groups throughout the world where he connects meditation and spiritual development to important aspects of our lives. He has been meditating for over 30 years and now focuses much of his time on his own spiritual development and in helping others who wish to do the same.
