Discover the sensational taste and texture of the new Bluegrass F1 Wagyu beef raised in a very small quantity on Kentucky’s famed bluegrass and exclusively available to Chef David Burke You’ll be one among the first in the world to savor this extraordinary beef showcased by a multi-course omakase-style feast, featuring complementary sushi selections and a glass of the just- launched Red Horse red wine.

Chef Burke will guide you through the gustatory journey, sharing his insights about the menu and why he thinks the evening’s main attraction is the best beef he has ever tasted.
