Chromebooks are available for library users at the South Brunswick Public Library, 110 Kingston Lane, Monmouth Junction.
A borrower may be as young as a middle school student and must be in good standing regarding their library borrowing status. Librarians at the Information Desk will hold a borrower’s photo I.D. and library card; each Chromebook has a barcode sticker on it so that it can be checked out, just like a book.
Chromebooks may be borrowed and used anywhere within the library building and cafe, but may not be taken off the property.
A Quick Start Guide is available for new users.
Chromebooks cannot be reserved and are only available when not needed in the SMART Lab for Technology Classes. Call 732-329-4000, ext. 7286 to check availability.
