David G. Lanning, 80 of Skillman, passed away on May 1, 2024 at Penn Medicine in Plainsboro surrounded by his loving family. Born in Hopewell, he resided most of his life in Hopewell and Skillman. He was a graduate of Princeton High School.
David was a proud owner and Master Plumber of David G. Lanning Plumbing & Heating Inc, since 1976. He was dedicated to his job, family & friends. He enjoyed golf, baseball, traveling and a good country song, but most of all enjoyed spending time with his family.
Son of the late Ralph and Martha Lanning, deceased by his loving wife Vera Lanning, he is survived by his daughter and son-in-law Cynthia and Charles Bregenzer III, son and daughter in law, Sean and Lisa Lanning and sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Robert Faherty. Eight grandchildren Justin Lanning and wife Crystal, Charles Bregenzer, IV, Sean Bregenzer, Cameron Bregenzer, Kevin Lanning and wife, Jessica, Kelcie Bregenzer. Kyle Lanning and wife, Mel, Zachary Bregenzer and wife Julia. 6 great grandchildren Baylee, Lexee, Mason, Colton, Leighton, and Holt In addition to his family, Dave will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. And his beloved Rocky.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 8, 2024 from 5 PM to 8 PM at the Mather Hodge funeral home 40 Vandeventer Ave., Princeton, NJ. Funeral service will be held at 10 AM Friday, May 10, 2024 at Mather-Hodge funeral home. Burial will be private
