A volunteer crew of Columbia Bank employees recently painted a senior citizen’s home in Sewaren, as part of the Tooling Around The Township Program. For this spruce up, the exterior of the home was power washed and completely painted. The yard was also brightened up, with new flowers were planted. All labor and materials were donated by Columbia Bank.

“We are extremely pleased to be a part of the Tooling Around The Township Program, a community-support project that we have been a part of for nearly 15 years,” said Thomas Kemly, Columbia Bank’s president and CEO. “As a true community bank, Team Columbia remains committed to helping local charities and community endeavors that make a difference in people’s lives.” Columbia regularly supports many locally based projects, especially those that promote affordable housing and neighborhood pride.
