Dr. Stone has served as a member of the school board for the past four years while he held the office of vice president since January. Board members tabled electing a new vice president until a future meeting.

Dr. Stone’s election follows the resignation of Carrie Ludwikowski, a nine-year member of Red Bank’s Board of Education who had served in the role of president since January. She resigned due to her family’s relocation to North Carolina.
