South Brunswick police continue to collect unwanted prescriptions

SOUTH BRUNSWICK – The South Brunswick Police Department is continuing the Project Medicine Drop initiative, collecting unwanted, expired and unused medication in a bin that is located in the lobby of police headquarters.

Pills, capsules, patches and pet medications are accepted; syringes/sharps or liquid medications are not.

Empty all medication into a plastic or zipper bag, tie or seal the bag and place it into the drop box. Do not include medication containers/boxes.

The Police Department is located in the municipal complex, 540 Ridge Road/Route 522, Monmouth Junction.
