OLD BRIDGE — Denholtz Associates and Palatine Capital Partners have named commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield as exclusive leasing agent for 100 Matawan Road in Old Bridge. The 132,000-square-foot, Class A office building is located at Exit 120 of the Garden State Parkway.
