Robilotti, Mann to seek re-election in Englishtown

ENGLISHTOWN – Two three-year terms on the Borough Council will be on the ballot in Englishtown on Nov. 7. The current terms of Republican council members Eric Mann and Cindy Robilotti will end on Dec. 31.

According to the borough clerk, Mann and Robilotti have filed to run for re-election for the terms that will run from Jan. 1, 2018 through Dec. 31, 2020.

No other Republican or Democrat filed a nominating petition to run for council, however, one or more Democrats could receive write-in votes during the June 6 primary and gain positions on the general election ballot.

An individual who wants to run for a council seat as an independent candidate has until June 6 to file a nominating petition and secure a line on the Nov. 7 ballot.
