Kids of all ages had fun painting at the Hightstown Cultural Arts Commission booth July 21. The kids painted flags, which were hung on clothesline for an “Art in the Park” display. A few of the parents also decided to unleash their creativity along with their kids. Barb Harrington and Ann Marie Miller coordinated the free art project. The Cultural Arts Commission supports local arts and artists. It creates programs and events that bring visual and performing arts to town, and supports other local organizations in the arts. The next Fun Friday is August 25 in Memorial Park in Hightstown.
